This paper focus on the transform of secondary school language reading teaching,and on the basics of the thinking for the void phenomenon through the secondary school language reading teaching, exploring the macro and micro elements and details of the process, considering the unusual role various factors played in the process, the author proposed that language reading teaching need the "give" and "accept" in the context of reform of the traditional Teaching reading. In order to achieve the fluent transformation of knowledge abilities of language reading teaching, transformation is a key factor. And the factors of effective transformation are various. This paper puts the emphasis on factor analysis and strategy exploring, so that the teachers can understand the radiate effect outside classroom, and think personally combining the individual teaching, and achieve effective implementation of the conversion between the creation of "stability" and "transmutation" in the reading teaching strategies, then the secondary school language teaching will be able to brave the wind and waves.
