The young key teacher is the key not only to improve collegeteaching and researches, but to accomplish sustainable development.Therefore, the development of the loyalty of such staff is a current matterwhich the senior professional and technical colleges concem most.By analyzing the working mechanism of such loyalty, this paper willhumanitarianly work out an approach to this matter, which analyzes themanifestations of the loyalty crisis on positivism and the responsiblecauses. The following is the procedure of the research:Firstly, We summarize the documents on humanism, the crisis aboutthe loyalty and the responsible factorsSecondly, based on the summarized documents and with the help ofinterviews and questionnaires which were operated among 12representatives in staff-offices and 77 young key teachers in the seniorprofessional and technical colleges in Hunan province, a conclusion cameinto being, which shows the manifestations of the loyalty crisis and theresponsible causes.Then, the paper applies the qualitative and quantitative research tothe working mechanism of this loyalty, having benefited from theachievements of theory and positivism research. And we put forwardqualitative and quantitative model on the working mechanism of thisloyalty.Finally, we put forward the strategy of training the loyalty onhumanism: (1) to set up an effective leading group on teamwork. (2) to apply the strategy of regulations, circumstances, and prospect to theyoung staff. (3) to ensure mutual loyalty between colleges and the youngstaff. By concluding the strategies of developing the loyalty, we work outa circling PDCA model to develop such loyalty. |
