The Status And Impact Factors Of Rural PE Teachers’ Loyalty In Tai’an City

The countryside is to improve the foundation of the national overall quality andthe development of education undertakings. The stability of school teachers,but not complete national "nine year compulsory education" school ofnecessary condition, and it is very important to student success, to improve theoverall national quality. School sports is a part of school education, shoulderingfor the society to cultivate moral, intellectual, physical all-round developmenttalents such as historical mission. This study in Tai an rural sports teachers’loyalty as research object, part of the investigations of the physical educationteachers as a sample for loyalty. Revised loyalty questionnaire, teachers from thethree dimensions of emotion, attitude and behavior loyalty of tai an rural PEteachers research. Through data analysis tai an rural sports teachers’ demographiccharacteristics, overall loyalty aspects show the same results, But in behavior,attitude, emotional loyalty dimensions there are significant differences indemographic characteristics, the most prominent is the age differences, followedby record of formal schooling, job title, teaching age, gender differences.Analysis found that Tai an rural sports teachers’ professional loyalty is not high,in turn, is behavior loyalty, affective loyalty, attitude loyalty. Rural sportsteacher is generally there exists a phenomenon of loyalty is low, especiallyyoung physical education teachers, high degree of male teachers. From fullyanalyses the internal factors and external factors affect loyalty Tai an ruralphysical education teachers the key of the factors affecting the reasons putforward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote thedevelopment of rural sports education to provide powerful reality basis.
