Self-efficiency is an important conception in famous psychologist Bandura'santilogy system. At present, it has become one of the most useful conceptions inpsychologist, and being used abroad in many practice area, such as education, clinic,consultation, management, athletics and so on.In this article the theory about pedagogy, education psychics and the knowledge isused, and use the method of questionnaire, compare, literature, statistic and so on.Analysis the actuality of middle school students in Yanbian area, finding the feature,and giving the suggestion about how to improve Korean middle school students'self-efficiency.The questionnaire that used in this research are build up by two dividedquestionnaire, one of them is "currently self-efficiency table", made by Ralf Schwarzer.The other is authorized by Bian Yufang, the education doctor of Hudong pedagogicuniversity. The research are made in fourteen middle school of Yanji, Helong,Longjieng, Wangqing, send questionnaire 2200 shares altogether, and took bake 1980shares. The efficiency questionnaire is 1836 shares. After Statistician, get the followingperorate:1. China-Korean middle school students and China middle school students haveobvious difference in basic ability dimensionality, China middle school students arebetter than China-Korean.2. The China-Korean's middle school students in Han school is different fromthe China-Korean's middle school students in China-Korean school. The former ishigher.3. Grade one and Grade two students of China-Korean have different, Grade onestudents are better than Grade two, the Grade trend is "high-low-high" on the whole.4. China-Korean's boys and girls also have obvious different in these parts, girlsare better than boys.5. China-Korean's students in city and China-Korean's students in towns haveobvious different in some parts, the former is better.6. Currently self-efficiency and the self-efficiency about study interfix withteacher and family obviously. Impersonality environment affect all the China-Koreanstudents. Teachers' and families' affect girls stronger than boys. Teachers affect Gradeone students stronger than other Grades' students. 7. Teachers and family complication affect Great one students' currentself-efficiency and study self-efficiency separately. In addition, the currentself-efficiency also affect study self-efficiency. It is to say that teachers and family alsoaffect study self-efficiency by current self-efficiency.The school, teacher and parents should contact frequently, do work together toimprove students' study self-efficiency. First, to develop teachers' educationefficiency. Second, pay attention to the students that whose self-efficiency are lower.Third, recognize the importance of school's collectivity efficiency. At last, exertparents' education efficiency.
