Evolution Of The Influencing Factors Of The Private Higher Educational Institutions Since The Reform And Opening Up

Higher Institutions' scientific and reasonable Orientation not only does good to Higher Institutions' continuable development, but also to the whole Higher Education System's optimization. As an important element in Higher Education System, Non-governmental Higher Institutions' status and historical function decide the importance and necessity of their continuable development; and after the elementary developing phase of Non-governmental Higher Education, itself developing question comes up and becomes the key impetus of Non-governmental Higher Institutions' development. Based on the analysis of our country's Non-governmental Higher Institutions' developing phrases, this paper analyzes our government's interrelated policies' and rules' change, social ideas' change and the change of people's requirements for Higher Education with the view of historical development. And then this paper concretely explores different types of Non-governmental Higher Institutions' change of choices for Orientation in different developing phrases from The Reform and Opening up. Finally, with the research of these changes, this paper explores Factors that affect Non-governmental Higher Institutions' Orientation and the historical Change of Factors from The Reform and Opening up.This paper chooses one typical non-governmental higher institution as a case and concretely analyzes their change of choices for Orientation in different phrases. Based on the research, it puts forward sugguestions on Non-governmental Higher Institutions' Orientation.
