With the advent of mass higher education, adult education has a place our country among the higher education, socio-economic development, human resource development, improving the overall quality and so plays an important role in promoting. Needless to say, the relevant educational policies issued by the state for the rapid development of adult higher education plays an important role in the development of its policies with the values and continuous evolution of the social, educational and many of the researchers on the value orientation of education policy problems generated great interest.To policy as the object of study, adult education after the reform and opening up policy, China promulgated the text, in-depth Analysis of the Transformation of the Adult Higher Education Policy, in order to carefully analyze the social context to explore the inherent value of their policies towards, and then summarize Changes in the value of adult education policy and analyze its value is still pursuing.Text conceivable sort, adult education policies are enacted at different times through adult education in order to meet the social and economic development, highlighting the background of the stigma of different eras.
