With the gradual spread and advancement of course reform, professionaldevelopment of primary school teacher has reached a new high. School-based researchis an integration of research and study, which centers the focus on teachers andeducational work of school. This paper reveals the actual status of school-basedresearch of primary school and analyses the reasons for school-based researchrestriction, which is according to the in-depth investigation of school-basedresearch of primary schools in Shuizai town of Wuhua county.The aim of this study is to reveal problems of school-based research in primaryschools of poor county, and analyse the reasons, table a proposal which will be ahelp to local educational administrative departments, local teaching and researchmanagers and school leaders. The thesis, based on a combination of relevantliterature and a survey of the presentsituation of school-based research in schools。Firstly, there's an idealistic obstacle that teachers don't deem research theirduty. Secondly, it's an obstacle in capabilities to do research for lots of teachers.Thirdly, there are other obstacles which arise when teachers do research. Forinstance, teachers have not much money and time to do research and they can not rapoff expediently with experts because of the distance between them.Accordingto the above situation, the author points out strategies to promoteschool-based research in rural primary schools from three aspects. Firstly, theauthor studies how the local educational administrative departments make teachersdo research on their own initiative, not constrainedly. Secondly, the question fordiscussion is how the local teaching and research managers make teachers gain amastery of the method of doing research. Thirdly, the research explores how schoolscreate good conditions of doing school-based researches. Local educationaladministrative departments can do something in this aspect. |
