This article which is established in the problems exist in the whole process of the employment of university graduates,has summarized the current situation of the employment of graduates very completely,what is more,has analyzed comprehensively and proposed the manifestation and reasons of the issue of the employment difficult position of university graduates systematically with the use of the literature study,questionnaire survey method,comparative study,interview and theoretical and empirical study.This article dissect the reasons of the formation of the problem of employment of university graduates and also the employment difficult position deeply: first,at the university graduates level,there are several aspects such as the weakness of sense of competition?the absence of attainment of the job seekers?the shortage of work experience of work ability;secondly,at the university level,there are several aspects such as the training mode of the talents of the university is faced with new challenge?the university goes after the quantity of employment blindly?the failure of excavation of the initial employment information of university graduates and so on;at employers level,there are several aspects such as the employers chase the consumption of higher education blindly?the failure of concordance of the online and offline recruitment in employers?the shortage of training to new workers for the employers and so on.Aiming at the problems and factors which exist in the process of employment of university graduates,this article proposes several thinking and measures to tackle the employment difficult position of university graduates from the following aspects: first,exert the principal role of university graduates,improve the ability of choosing the work ?competing for the work and the whole work capabilities;secondly,exert the leading role of the university,promote the development of diversity of the university,establish the notion of multi-talents,reform the training mode of talents,exploit high quality of theory and practice course of employment and entrepreneurship,monitor the situation of employment of university graduates well;exert the assistant role of employers,formulate the requirement planning of manpower resource of university graduates?respond to the mode of internet + employment actively ? make the through-train mode between the interaction of fresh employees and professional training.
