Changes of the society and the character of times are realistic foundation and the material condition of the modern citizen education of our country. The development of IT and globalization gives the citizenship education of our country opportunity and challenge. Under this context, it has quite a great realistic meaning for us to research purpose and practical strategies for citizenship education in our social Transformation.
