The citizenship of Chinese land-losing peasants is a critical social problem that our country faced in the present. It builds significant influences to the integration of city and countryside as agricultural modernization and urbanization. however, in fact, the processing of citizenship of land-losing peasants is to lag in relatively. From investigate the reasons, except the aspect of the policy and system, the self quality of the land-losing peasants is one of the very important restraint factor. Adult education as one of the educational form which can improve people's quality and acclimatization, ought to provide scientific, commonness and high-effect education , so it can help the land-losing peasants "learning to cognitive", "learning to do", "learning to live together" ," learning to develop", which making them command the corresponding vocation-technical, adapting to city life-style ,forming new value and behavior, to make the goal of the citizenship come true as soon as possible.In order to discuss the thesis of the citizenship of Chinese land-losing peasants and what should to do in adult education in relatively systematic and pertinentic, the author has collected and arranged large amount of relevance material, document and data. On the basis of arranging and analysis the meaning and practical significance of the citizenship of land-losing peasants, the changing situation in several aspects such as dignity, notion, occupation, life-style, social interaction way and difficult position of the land-losing peasants, the author consider the problem of the land-losing peasants in adult education angle, and pay much attention to construct the adult education strategies in the process of the citizenship of land-losing peasants. The details are from establishing adult education purpose, training vocation-technical to land-losing peasants, applying modern distance learning means, developing community education, founding adult education dimensional structure to flourishing adult education content are as all-round and systematical as possible. So at the end to carry out the suggestion having the pertinency, operatability and feasibility.
