As the development of social economy, the vocational education is getting more and more important in the national economy. Developing vocational education well becomes critical and urgent. As an important part of vocational education, the function of vocational secondary school can't be ignored. Vocational secondary schools, which convey a large number of qualified laborers to the society, devote a lot for the development of local and national economy. But due to the history and reality, the whole moral situation of vocational secondary school students is worrying, whose unhealthy moral tendency lies everywhere.,so it is very significant for pushing vocational secondary moral education forward and improving the quality of vocational secondary school students to carry out the present situation research of unhealthy morality of vocational secondary school students.First , basing on investigation and statistics ,this article takes some examples and analyses the main unhealthy moral behavior of vocational secondary school students, appearing: selfish, the lack of duty, the thin sense of civility and credit, the random of sexual sense, etc. Then basing on this, it analyses and searches for the forming factors of unhealthy behaviors of vocational secondary school students. At last ,this article elaborates the countermeasures strengthening the moral education of vocational secondary school students, which include putting the moral education in a basic position, reforming the method of moral education, renewing the principles and means of moral education, stressing the emphasis and enriching the content of moral education ,fully bringing morality (as a subject and main means) into play in moral education, resisting the negative effects of Internet and striving for the cooperation of families, etc. It advances the following viewpoints: the moral education of vocational secondary schools should take the sense of duty as important content, take the honor and humiliation as core, take developing daily good moral behaviors as breakthrough point .
