A Study Of The Manifestations And Countermeasures Of Unhealthy Personality Traits In Junior High School

“National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs(2010-2020)” clearly pointed out that “Pay attention to the differences of students' characteristics and personality,and develop the potential of each student's advantage.Personality trait,as the characteristics of individuals in different dimensions of personality,can embody the characteristics and personality differences of students.It is the internal driving force to achieve all-round development of students.The discussion of the unhealthy personality characteristics of eugenics in junior high school is not only the inherent requirement of achieving the all-round development of the eugenic students in junior middle school,but also the need to enhance their social survival and development ability.On the basis of the research results at home and abroad,this study discusses the theoretical basis of the undesirable personality characteristics of junior high school students.Referring to the structure of “Big Five” and the Five Factor Model(FFM)of personality,the framework for constructing the personality characteristics of junior high school students.In order to compare the difference between the real state and the ought to be state,this study combined with the first-hand information from questionnaires and interviews,analyzed the unhealthy personality characteristics such as reclusive,self sealing,hyper-competitiveness,self centeredness and vanity.From the different dimensions of autognosis,school education,family education and basic education,this paper discusses the influencing factors of the formation of undesirable personality characteristics of junior high school students.From the perspective of pedagogy,this study discusses the transformation strategy of the undesirable personality characteristics of junior high school students: The eugenics in junior high school should form proper self cognition and evaluation,establish and maintain a harmonious interpersonal relationship,and cultivate a positive subjective attitude towards reality.In terms of school education,should strengthen the standardization of entry education for eugenic teachers,increase the content of personality education,and make sure that the eugenic teachers should face up to the unhealthy personality traits of junior high school students and carry out objective evaluation,enhance their intrinsic qualities and create good personality images.The basic education should focus on returning to the educational origin of "people-oriented" : adopting the "multiple criteria" for the selection of primary school students,and exploring the core curriculum system with personality raising.
