Probe Into The New Curriculum Context Of High School Language Teachers' Professional Development

With the unceasing advancement of the national high school new curriculum reform, both "The Outline of the Elementary Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) " and "The High School Curriculum Standard (Experimental) " have called for more accomplishments from teachers of the subject Chinese. Teachers should develop simultaneously with curricula, which is the important concept raised at the 8th New Curriculum Reform, the challenge facing all high school teachers, and an opportunity as well for their growth of professional development. Only by changing the educational concepts, taking an active part in education practice, improving teachers' professional ethical culture, can a teacher perform his teaching and research well, which also demands constant studies, rich knowledge, high qualities, and perfect application to modern education technology.
