Situation moral education has changed the moral education tradition of putting more attention on "theory" and less on "practice", more on "reason" and less on "emotion". Thus an education pattern of raising "feeling" with "circumstance" and guiding "behavior" with "feeling" has been developed. The edification and infection of emotion promote the transmission of feeling through individual understanding and practice so as to advance the situation moral education of good individual moral cognition and stable moral behavior circumstances. The effect and efficiency of colleges and universities moral education could thus be improved greatly.Based on the analysis of the situation moral education principle, the paper focuses its discussion on the implementation of situation moral education. For moral teaching in the classroom, it is necessary to set up the problem context to active classroom atmosphere to inspire students to consider ethical and motivate their enthusiasm on moral choices. An effective moral teaching situation needs to be based on students' knowledge and capabilities, to give full play to the teacher's intelligence and influence of emotions, and to take the aid of certain material surroundings and spiritual atmosphere. Moral education should not be confined to classroom teaching. Other effective means of moral education methods should also be explored. Outside the classroom, we can use various activities to inspire students' interested in studying ethics. Extracurricular activities and social practice could help to deepen students' understanding of the moralities and translate them into acts. The process of traveling in the motherland could arouse students of better understanding on life, inspire their patriotic feelings and improve their ethos inside. We can use workshop discussion, emotional experience, role-playing, and other methods to cultivate the students of good moral qualities. In the process of situation moral education, flexible approaches should be adopted according to different situations.
