| Secondary vocational education plays an important role in China’s vocational education system,and secondary vocational schools are the main part of the implementation of secondary vocational education that must adhere to the “people-oriented education,moral education comes first”.There are a series of independent moral education courses in secondary vocational schools,which are the leading way to implement moral education in secondary vocational schools and are also calling for a stage of specialized teachers.It is based on this logic that the subject of “construction of teachers of moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools” is proposed.This subject can be analyzed with the framework of “status quo analysis-countermeasure construction”.Based on the current situation of the moral course teachers’ team,what are the major existing problems and what reasons have attributed to the above problems? How can the problems be solved? With the method of literatures,questionnaire and interviews,this essay makes a detailed research on the teachers’ basic information,workload and working pressure,teaching ability,professional status and training status in these five schools of Shaoguan city in Guangdong province.Through analysis,it is found that there are some problems affecting the construction of moral course teachers in the secondary vocational schools,such as unreasonable allocation of teachers,insufficient understanding of their own professional development,marginalized status of moral course teachers,and serious tendency of job burnout.The main reasons for these problems lie in the low sense of self-worth of moral course teachers,the insufficient driving force of their own professional development,the lack of effective mechanism to motivate moral course teachers and relevant departments do not pay enough attention.Therefore,to help improve the current situation of moral course teachers in Shaoguan secondary vocational school and provide reference for the development of moral course teachers in secondary vocational school,corresponding countermeasures can be put forward from the government,schools and teachers. |
