The new round of basic education curriculum reform stress that the studying manners of the students should be changed, with the research study as the cut-in point and breakthrough point of the reform. The reform emphasizes that teaches should exert the main body function of the students furthest in the classroom teaching, creating conditions to enable students to participate in the study process actively and energetically. Creating appropriate questions is one of the important approaches to realize the purpose. This task faces the classroom teaching reality in middle school chemistry, aiming at the shortage of creating the chemistry research study questions situation these days, with constructive study theory and problem solving teaching theory as the main theory basis. This task analyzes the characteristic, function and definition of question situation, presenting a series of cases of creating and using questions situation in teaching practice, on which it summarizes and concludes the types, principles and methods of questions situation as well as how to develop and utilize resources. In this way chemistry teacher can set up colorful questions situation in the classroom teaching and arouse the interest and enthusiasm of the students for the purpose of enabling students to combine the chemistry and social development, cultivating the innovation and problem solving abilities of the students, making it likely for teachers to improve the classroom teaching quality and benefit and full of energy.
