With the import and introduction of foreign goal theory on curriculum Since 1980s, the study of curriculum goal, including evolving purposes, has developed in China. Scholars of China have widely concerned about productiveness and other related problems with the new curriculum's concerning of "process". This article mainly discusses generative mechanism of evolving purposes to enrich the theory and practice of curriculum goal.Evolving purpose should have its concept premise of existing. Based on the level of analyzing curriculum concept, this research positions Curriculum as experience : curriculum is all the experience students achieve in school; skeleton zing the connotation and features of evolving purposes on the premise of integrating concepts of curriculum and instruction, curriculum goal and teaching goal; evolving purposes are goals of curriculum and instruction which naturally arise from educational/teaching scene, process and inner-source are main characteristics of them. Essentially, evolving purposes are goals for students.The core of this article is generative mechanism of evolving purposes, which mainly concerns about the exploration of evolving process, evolving features, evolving condition and evolving ways etc. Thus it motivates many related theory ponder, such as the relationships between evolving purposes and fundamental education's curriculum purpose, preset purpose and evolving purpose, students' real-life and future-life. These thinking are helpful to understand and cognize evolving purposes, preset purpose and its generating mechanism, what's more , they will give birth a certain guidance sense to the reform of fundamental education curriculum of our country.
