With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform and development, theimportance of exploit and utilize generative curriculum resources have become increasinglyprominent. As a new type of the curriculum resources, its exploitation and utilization is not onlythe premise of creating high-quality education,but also the common demand of the teachingtheory and practice.This paper is on the basis of existing researches,and expounds the generative curriculumresources the concept, characteristics, classification and value analysis, so the teacher can have abasic understanding on generative curriculum resources; Through literature method, interviewmethod, observation and research method, this paper analyzes the dilemma of exploit and utilizegenerative curriculum resource and reason analysis, and expounds the countermeasure of exploitand utilize generative curriculum resources, hoping that provide a kind of thought for teachersout of the exploit and utilize generative curriculum resources. The following is the main points ofthe study.Generative curriculum resources is based on the life of teachers and students as the carrier,it is dynamically generated a series of valuable resources, through a variety of factors such asteachers, students, text, environment and so on, interrelated and interaction in the real teachingsituation. It’s not only the product of teachers and students thinking collision and fusion, but alsothe concentrated embodiment and reflection of teachers and students wisdom. The characteristicsof generative curriculum resources such as dynamically generated the value of the potential, thesubject dependence and so on. In accordance with the characteristics of the generativecurriculum resources, we can divide it into dominant resources and recessive resources, andactively resources and negative resources, active resources and passive resources. Theexploitation and utilization of the generative curriculum resources can effectively promote theprofessional development of teachers, the students’ subjectivity formation and the improvementof teaching quality. But because the teachers faithfully adhering to the pre-nature way of thinkingin the teaching process ignore the practical knowledge and accumulation, generation, update ofwisdom, and to be constraints and restraint with the control of the orientation classroom teachingstandard. so about the exploitation and utilization of the generative curriculum resources run intoall sorts of troubles, mainly including the such lack ideas and abilities, as well as the strategiesformalized on exploit and utilize generative curriculum resources, etc.Mainly displays in: stuckin the default, ignore the generation, ignore development and utilization of the endogenousresources; Helpless when handling emergencies, unable to escape the morass when impromptucreation; and let classroom interaction only a formal, incentive evaluation become full of praise, and so on.
