Vocational Colleges Moral Education Situation And Countermeasures

With the development of our country's socialist market economy and the enhancement of the industrialization level , our higher vocational education has obtained the swift and violent development in rencent years :the quantity of colleges and universities has increased , the school scale has expanded , the managing school characteristic is bright .The moral education work of the higher vocational colleges and universities faces with many new situation and the research of moral educational await to strengthen urgently .Through to the diagnosis of the moral educational condtion of the national 23 higher vocational colleges and universities and present situation of students' thoughts and morals, the author has drawn the basic conclusion .According to the existing question of current higher vocational colleges and universities' moral education and the students' thoughts ,behaviors and phychological characteristic ,the author has proposed the countermeasure system of strengthening and improving the higher vocational moral education ,using many kinds of moral education theory and unifying individual practice experience .In view of the higher vocational colleges and universities tools' rationalism and the moral education empiricist tendency , the author has proposed the moral education idea of "the double main body" specially taking the student as the subject, persisting "the practice ,specially carring out the activity widely ,persisting the whole staff nurturing the person , specially educating people by knowledge and persisting strengthening the management ,specially students' self-control etc , based on the refining of the core thought to the modern moral education theory and summarizng the experience of oneself practices .In view of the questions of the present higher vocational moral education's goal generity ,the deficient level ,the widespreading content and lacking the key , the author has proposed the lamination of goal and the educational content of the current mainly strengthening .According to the managing school's characteristic of the cooperation among the higher vocational colleges and universities and companies , and the union of working and studing ,the author has proposed 11 methods of moral education from the knowledge ,sentiment and activity , by using the active and subjective moral education pattern of the cooperation between schools and companies . Using the moral education curriculum theory , the author has proposed the principle and basic bone of constructing the higher vocational moral education curriculum . Using the moral education management theory ,the author has proposed the conception of the establishment perfect higher vocational colleges and universities moral education work mechanism . Finally , the author has made brief introduction to the overseas higher moral education theory and experience.
