With the gradual deepening of vocational education research,the reform and innovation of talent training programs in higher vocational colleges have quickened their pace.However,moral education in higher vocational colleges has failed to keep pace with the rapid development of Vocational education.The art vocational college students' moral education as an important part of higher vocational education,and the practice of art vocational counselors moral education subject to greater restrictions,mainly reflected in the work efficiency is low,the form of education,students' ideological stereotypes fluctuation is more obvious,the long period of moral education.In order to better promote the art students in Higher Vocational Colleges counselors' moral education work to strengthen the moral education in art vocational counselors the pertinence and validity,it is very necessary and urgent to systematically study the art of moral education in Higher Vocational counselors.This article takes the counselors of A college as an example to study from seven chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper,defines the concepts involved,and designs the research project on the basis of the domestic and foreign research status.In the second chapter,we take the construction of "art oriented Higher Vocational caring counselors" as the overall objective,and analyze the moral responsibility and content dimensions of counselors.The third chapter is based on four dimensions of students' ideological dimension,student's personality dimension,student's emotional dimension,and student academic dimension.From the A college,the students are randomly selected as the research object of this subject.According to the related theories of moral education,the situation of the moral education in A college is analyzed through the form of questionnaire survey,and the related problems and solutions are found on this basis.The fourth chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of art vocational counselors' moral education.According to the counselors' concern thought dimension,counselor's concern content dimension,counselor's concern dimension,counselor's concern about the pertinence dimension and so on,the counselor was interviewed and investigated.The fifth and sixth chapters combine the actual situation of art vocational colleges,and put forward effective countermeasures for counselors' moral education.In view of the problems existing in the investigation,the school should further improve the management mechanism of the art class counselor team,and also need the art vocational college counselors to further strengthen their own comprehensive quality,improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the moral education of the art vocational college students,update the methods and contents of moral education,and in the moral education.More perfect embodiment of artistic characteristics of art.Finally,the seventh chapter summarizes the whole research process,and abstracts the research conclusion and reflection.
