Now, Integrating FT into curriculum has become the breach of the new round curriculum reform of primary education in China. With the rapid development of the technology of the Web, more and more teachers and students of Middle school and Primary school are familiar with the web. Using the web in classroom becomes the theme of reform of primary education. But few learning resource can be used directly. Digital teaching resource, which has been said to be useful.Based on a large quantity of literature research, I figured out theconnotation, implementation of the web project-based instruction and learning strategy. Interpretative Structural Modeling Method, The paper analyses the relationship between the elements of the teaching system based on the digital teaching resource, and constructed the structure of the teaching system based on the special-topic-study website. Besides, based on the analysis of digital teaching resource, the paper summarizes the character of the digital teaching resource website-based teaching, with the Content Analysis Method. Under the dance of the theories of constructional learning theory, informational instructional design and with the reference of the collaborative and cooperative learning theory, the paper discusses three main typical digital teaching resource website-based instructional models, which are"digital teaching resource and website-construction" model,"situated-inquire, model and "collaborative—teaming" model.In order to research into the effect and limitation of the models, case study has been carried out in Nanjing oil refinery factory primary school. I'm taking two of the three models into practice by designing and constructing a digital teaching resource website. Based on the information that has been gathered from the classroom observation, interviews with teachers and students, and from the teachers' reflections, the effect of the models has been discussed This study offered recommendations about how to design and use digital teaching resource website in teaching to teachers and future related research.
