For a long time,the research on the construction of digital teaching resources in China is mainly based on policy analysis and theoretical construction,while the research on the needs of front-line teachers who really need to use resources is less.In the stage of educational informationization 2.0,the user experience of resources has become the key for teachers to carry out daily informationization education and teaching.Therefore,with the help of relevant theories and models of demand analysis,this study makes an in-depth study on the demand of primary and secondary school teachers for the use of digital teaching resources,and systematically and comprehensively constructs the demand model of digital teaching resources.By sorting the requirements,this study provides reference basis for adjusting the construction of digital teaching resources,and then provides strategic Suggestions for the quality control of digital teaching resources.The research methods used in this study include literature review,investigation,focus group and expert consultation.The research route is carried forward in the order of preliminary preparation,dimension study,factor study and hierarchical study.The research process is as follows:Preparation: Through literature review,the author clarifies the development status of relevant research and is familiar with the theoretical model of relevant research.A dimensional study on the demand model of digital teaching resources: Based on the survey results and the experience of literature study,this paper explores the concept of the demand model for digital teaching resources by investigating the current situation of the use of digital teaching resources and the needs of primary and secondary school teachers through questionnaires and interviews.The demand model of digital teaching resources is established from four dimensions: practical demand,availability demand,reliability demand and availability demand.Research on the elements of the demand model of digital teaching resources: Through in-depth analysis of relevant literature on digital teaching resources,a total of 24 conceptual descriptions of resource requirements(quality characteristics)were extracted through literature research and content analysis.Then,the initial model of digital teaching resource demand was developed,and the model was further revised through focus groups and expert consultation.A hierarchical study on the demand model of digital teaching resources: Based on the KANO model,the KANO questionnaire was designed to investigate the demands and preferences of primary and secondary school teachers for digital teaching resources.Then,through data analysis,the requirements are classified and sorted,and the hierarchy of the demand model of digital teaching resources is divided.According to the classification results,the corresponding resource quality control strategy Suggestions are proposed.Through the above research,we finally get the demand model of digital teaching resources for primary and secondary school teachers in China.This model includes four dimensions(practicality,availability,reliability,availability),24 elements(teaching rationality,the specific contents,various types,structural completeness,personalized style and application of situational,interactivity,pleasure,learnability,memory,low error,media rationality,responsiveness,support service,compatibility,authority,normative,generative,reusability,motivation of affordable,retrieval efficiency,for convenience,sharing and general),the four levels of the four types of demand(essential requirements,expected demand requirements,charm,no difference).The priority order of the four requirement types is reduced from left to right.
