Regional Development Of Heilongjiang Province In The Ordinary Higher Education Investment

The significant task of constructing harmonious society and the developmental strategy of promoting the old industrial base—Northeast of China, will certainly have huge influence upon the developmental strategy of higher education in Heilongjiang Province. The developmental strategy education can't be formed without the research of education investment. This paper mainly concerns about the investment problems of general higher education of two fields, including the whole Heilongjiang Province and the cities in this territory. Through the analysis of relationship between the investment of general higher education in Heilongjiang Province and the regional economy, the regional science and technology, the regional culture, the regional education; and also analysis of the structure of investment origin of general higher education investment in various cities, total quantity of the funds and the funds in per student, it discovered the problems of provincial investment of general higher education and assignment of it, and proposed the corresponding suggestions, to promote general higher education in our province to make contribution to the regional development.
