With the technical development and international competition in 21 century, it is an important target for education reform of every country in this new century to cultivate a new generation of good scientific quality. The notion of"scientific research"generated just to meet the need of this reform.A surface look at this curricular reform in our country, the physics curricular standard of middle school is developed by the group of national curriculum standard, and it involved connection in itself. The High school curriculum standard is made on the basis of that of the Junior middle school, and has connection and development on corresponding 3D target and basic conception of curriculum and etc. Scientific research is not only a studying target for student but also an important way of teaching. There is some stair problem in the linking of middle school in actual physics education by various reasons. Based on the curriculum interpretation and comparison, this paper analyzed the current situation of middle school new curriculum scientific research, and discussed the proposed of the scientific research, suggestion and suspicion, the evaluation element, and the connection problem of scientific research in middle school. The stair problem does exist, but if only the teacher study carefully the strategy in this connection and transition, and design scientific research on the basis of student, the student will come through the transition from the Junior middle school to the High school in the physics curriculum, and make good foundation for studying the physics curriculum in High school.
