With the new curriculum reform and the social economic developed, the middle school political teachers facing a severe test. The traditional role of the "teacher" is no longer to meet the development of the school 、the students and even its own. The new concept of "scientific can develop education" has become an irresistible trend. Education scientific research is the research which refers to teachers learn in the teaching, and combine the teaching practice with the theory of scientific, in order to improve the ability of their teaching. Good ability for teaching and scientific research is the important guarantee of the middle school political teachers doing the scientific research, exploring the regularity of teaching and scientific research, and all above to improve the quality of its teaching. However, most of the middle school politics teachers are lack of scientific research consciousness, can not correctly realize the importance and significance of scientific research, thus lost the interest and motivation of it, thereby impede the promote of the quality and ability of its own scientific research, and greatly reduce its efficiency.This research mainly analyses from the following several aspects:1、 The importance and necessity of the middle school political teachers doing the scientific research. This article illustrates the importance and necessity of the scientific research from the following two aspects: the mission of "teacher as a researcher" and the urgent need of middle school political teachers’ professional development.2、Analysis the present situation and the reasons which impede the middle school political teachers doing the scientific research. This is an important content of this research, mainly including the middle school political teachers’ comprehensive quality of scientific research and the research environment, which reveals the hinder common reasons of the middle school political teachers’ scientific research achievements, and then discusses the restriction factors of the current situation of middle school political teachers’ scientific research.3、The ascending way of middle school political teachers’ scientific research. Also this is the focus of this article. In order to promote the development of the middle school political teachers’ scientific research ability, some feasible measures can be taken from, such as the teachers themselves and the school.
