We are now living in the time of information when science and technology are developing fast. Network makes it possible for people from all over the world to break though the limit in time and space and exchange their ideas, feelings, information, goods and service conveniently. It has extended our life so widely and deeply that we are not only living in the physical world, but the invented world as well. It has largely opened people's eyes, renewed their concepts, promoted the exchange of social information and communication and their way of living. The Internet is really attractive, especially to teenagers. People engaging in the Internet tend to be younger and teenagers are the main force. As for the teenagers , the Internet has its own advantages. It provides people with all kinds of resources, it is easy to access, widely used and teenagers can act on their own…All these meet their needs of acquiring knowledge, communication and self-development. It has also brought a lot of convenience to their everyday life. However, they are very curious and lack of self-discipline and social experience at the same time, which makes it easy to lose themselves in the Internet. So far a great number of problems have appeared both in their Internet activities and daily life. A professor from Southern Normal University has sum up the two extremely contrasting features like this:"If you love your kid, allow him to go on the Internet because it is the Heaven. If you hate your kid, allow him to go on the Internet because it is the Hell."The youth are the future of our country and our nation, they are developing themselves fast physically and spiritually at this stage .To them it is also a fatal stage to form their general and basic view of the world, life and value. In the Internet society, school moral education is facing severe challenge and valuable opportunity for further development. In order to solve the problems attached with the Internet, a realistic and important issue on moral education ahead of us is that we have to find out new methods and strategy to train the sense of moral, will and responsibility of the youth today…That is to build a youth-centered educational system to involve schools, families and society to work together.
