Study On Extracurricular Reading In Chinese Teaching In High School

Many countries around the world are trying to have the educational reform. In Chinese– teaching field, it's important to pay more attention to reading activities after school. However, reading teaching in our country isn''t satisfying at present.How can we have the efficient reading activities?It's based on unscrambling correctly the requirement from the Chinese Course Standard .The social development and improvement of students'qualities need us to have the practical reading activities. What'more, it'the requirement of both training abilities of study for life and forming good study habits . Reading after school play an important role in improving the students'abilities in Chinese, promoting teenagers'growth healthily and forming opening atmosphere of studying Chinese.We must adhere to combining teachers'dominant with students'initiative during the reading activities after school. We should both instruct students'reading and arouse students'interest. For example, pay attention to instructing students how to read and appreciate Literary works. Make students read individually and efficiently. Teachers must make students choose proper reading ways and teachers must have some further researching activities.The synthetical quality of students from workroom has been improved a lot in the past one year. However, in the modern society with updating continuously information, how should we train students'abilities to choose useful information? How to make students form some helpful reading habits? How to found students'growth for life by ou r ceaseless efforts? I think there is a long way to go.
