It is the most effective way for improving the synthesize level of the teachers that training in primary and middle schools ,smooth promotion, having the signification for promoting the development of school, teacher and student of the new course reform. Thesis makes investigations primary and middle school through questionnaire with method of interview to primary and middle schools of Huludao City, purpose lie in fully finding out about the teachers training of every school, and put forward the corresponding settlement tactics. The result of study show primary and middle schools such as Huludao City is it grind in practice making sure effecting to the teachers training, but the choice of the training course and forms, the training focus and validity, the training conditions support,copies of the training transformation respect and the training of the system, etc. respect also have the problem. To the above result of study, I put forward the corresponding settlement tactics: Optimize the teachers training form matching with the training content, use comprehensively many kinds of validity training patterns, transfer fully the training enthusiasm of the teachers taking part in,promote the teachers'training achievements in the using of teaching pratice and create conditions to strengthen the training validity ,etc.
