With the deepening of the national basic education reform,while improving the quality education of primary and middle school students,teachers' own educational knowledge should be updated in time to meet the requirements of the development of education in the new era.At present,PE teachers must accept new educational and teaching ideas,renew their knowledge and improve their ability in order to better complete the school sports work.In response to the call of the national education reform,the education departments at all levels have initiated and formulated policies and regulations for teacher training,which require the relevant departments to carry out the implementation.Through the development of post-service training for PE teachers,the overall quality of PE teachers can be effectively improved to meet the needs of the new era The effectiveness and scientific nature of post-service training for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools play an important role in the professional development of PE teachers.In this paper,using the research methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logic,the present situation of post-service training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Kaifeng City,Zheng Dongxin District and Luoyang Xin'an County is taken as the research object study.The picture provides a theoretical reference for the post-service training of PE teachers in the three regions and even Henan Province.This study concludes that:1.Three regions of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in gender,age and academic qualifications have significant differences.Luoyang Xin'an and Kaifeng demonstration area primary and middle school physical education teacher male majority,the gender disparity is big,Luoyang Xin' an and Kaifeng demonstration area young and middle-aged physical education teacher is more.The titles of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the three regions are mainly secondary and senior.The post-service training mode is mainly centralized training mode,and the teaching method is mainly traditional classroom expert lectures and special technical training.The motivation of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the three regions to participate in post-service training is the top three: to improve the level of theory and culture,to meet the needs of teaching and to enhance their own technical level.2.Affect the three regions of physical education teachers to participate in post-service training common points of the top four are school support,training funds,training places and personal needs.Kaifeng demonstration area in the three areas of pre-job training teacher needs survey to do the best,the three areas of training time more arranged in winter and summer vacation and holidays,teachers mostly hope that the training time in the working hours.3.Zheng Dongxin District has a high frequency of post-service training for PE teachers in districts/countries,districts and schools.The number of city-level training teachers in the three regions is the largest,and the provincial training teachers in Kaifeng demonstration area are the most obvious among the three regions.Physical education teachers generally consider the degree of combination of school,district,district / county training is close.The vast majority of post-service training for teachers in the three regions is covered by schools.4.The top four of the training contents of teachers in the three regions are the theoretical training of teaching methods of physical education materials,the training of physical education professional technology,the training of basic skills of physical education teachers and the training of competition referee knowledge;the training of teachers in the competition referee knowledge has been strengthened in the Xinan and Kaifeng demonstration areas of Luoyang.5.The three regions have strong consistency in the form of teacher training and learning and the way of assessment,the practice of training is very strong,the proportion of teachers who say classes,live and have no students in class is also increasing,more than half of the assessment methods are teaching display and attendance assessment.More than half of the primary and secondary school PE teachers in the three regions were satisfied and very satisfied.After taking part in the training,physical education teachers in the three regions all reflected that the training and learning had good effect on the improvement of work.6.Zheng Dongxin District integrates and optimizes the teaching and research activities,forming a new three-dimensional teaching and research model of point,line and surface trinity.Kaifeng demonstration area has formed the management mode of school district system,taking "bring in,go out" as the guiding ideology,giving full play to the new role of the old belt,and playing a positive role in guiding the growth of young teachers.The post-service training of teachers in Xin'an County of Luoyang has formed the Xin' an training mode,which is guided by the characteristics of campus football.The local government takes all kinds of football events as the starting point,takes the centralized and scattered form of teacher training,and carries on the training study and the technical guidance to the teachers by the outstanding talents of the local club,and guides the teachers to grow up Exhibition played a good role in promoting.7.Study found the problems of post-service training in three regions: single organization mode of post-service training for physical education teachers,poor pertinence and timeliness of post-service training for physical education teachers,weak strength of post-service training teachers for physical education teachers,single assessment method for post-service training for physical education teachers,imperfect tracking and monitoring after post-service training for physical education teachers,lack of investment in post-service training for physical education teachers and contradiction between study and work;Countermeasures: Set up multiple training models,arrange training contents scientifically and rationally,establish a scientific assessment and evaluation system,perfect the tracking and testing system after training,increase government investment,and perfect the post-service training welfare insurance barrier system,establish a perfect system of rewards and punishments for teacher training,strengthen the supervision and management of training funds,and ease the contradiction between teachers' study and work.
