In the background of the contemporary teaching reform, the traditional politics teaching is already out of the adaptation to the present situation and new mission, which put forward even newer and further requests. Today, in an established harmonious society guided by the"humanist and harmonious development"idea, we have to be equipped with a completely new sense of politics teaching----- Democratized Teaching Outlook (DTO), on the basis of reconsidering the traditional teaching.Serving as an outlook, DTO can reveal a teaching method and style. That is, in teaching practice, it centers on the idea that all is all the development of the students to eliminate the disadvantages in the traditional teaching idea, to strengthen the mutual understanding and respect between teachers and students, to set up the relation of"you---I"between the two and to undertake equal, cooperative teaching which is considered a new teaching outlook model so as to ensure that politics teaching can go smoothly, effectively and theoretically. Both teachers and students can fully experience freedom, equality, pleasure, harmony and happiness and can get to the final destination of mutual progress, improvement and development. Its main characteristics are taking students as the main factor, equality, mutual freedom and comprehensive development between students and teachers.Strengthening understanding and respect work as a protection to politics democratized teaching, with functions of eliminating the authority of teachers, promoting communications between teachers and students, paying attention to the personality differences of students. It is just for the purpose that we should make sure the share in knowledge, emotional communications, sympathetic response and the emphasis on full appraisal and leading development.The establishment of the new-typed"you---I"relation between teachers and students is the base of politics democratized teaching, the aim of which is not only to promote students in knowledge growth, but to train students and have them developed with real and integrative characters. Teaching is an open, multilateral and productive process. More attention should be paid, in teaching appraisal, on diagnosis appraisal and process appraisal in search of the functions of diagnosis, encouragement, feedback, etc. By means of mutual experience and communications, teachers and students can fully appraise all and each other, making it a real function to encourage students'learning. To establish the"you---I"relation between teachers and students to ensure DTO to go smoothly, devotion is to be given to an open and lively politics course so as to promote the shift in teachers'parts and to ensure the body status of students.Equal and cooperative teaching is a model to undertake the democratized teaching. By using it the double communications between teachers and students can be performed to make students fully develop themselves. Its method---talking means not only the questions and answers, but the multilayer communications in knowledge, idea, emotion and experience and so on. During the talk, both of the two sides can reveal the abilities of their own, give play to their potential and sincerely wish to participate and cooperate. Its starting point is that we must believe students are equipped with great potential probabilities and great desire for knowledge. The key point is to promote students'motivation in their studies.The thesis elaborates politics democratized teaching, which centers on protection, basis and model. That is, a teaching outlook should be established with the protection of strengthening understanding and the respect of consciousness, with the establishment of the"you---I"relation, and with the undertaking of the equal and cooperative teaching as a model.
