Firstly, the paper reviewed the development processes of the instructional system and highlighted the instructional management system as the research object of the paper and list the theories based on the design of the instructional system.In the third chapter , it analyzed various demands of colleges in addition to introducing the current platform supply by analyzing the function of the commercial product. Afterwards, the inconsistency between supply and demand was analyzed and it was found problems exist. In the introduction of listing and application process to analyze the potential reason of them and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand.In the fourth chapter, it researched the instructional modes and strategies first and then specified that the instructional mode studied was limited within the instruction design, which will be designed and implemented by teachers on the basis of curriculum of instructional mode, and then showed the importance of instructional modes by introducing the link view of instructional design as well as making popular the instructional model according to the filling content of the table on the popularization of instructional mode concept. We narrowed the angle of research within the limit of the instruction mode based on the constructionism theory.In the fifth chapter , it started with the comparison of network instruction system and traditional instruction to analyze the demand for instruction management system used in the network instruction field and then analyzed what and how to manage the network system and summarize the four elements of management inclusive of study, time, content and test (exercise). The management flow process would be follow, quantify, feedback and control .It reviewed the current instruction platform in accordance with the above analysis results and concluded that the support strength of the instruction network for instruction management is not enough.In the sixth chapter , it summarized the above research result and proposed an optimal schedule aiming at instruction process management as the weak point of the present instruction network.
