Class is a kind of learning organizations. The characteristic of this kind of organization is developing learning activities. But, how to develop learning activities in special classes and these activities exert what kind of influence to the students in these class have something to do with the characters of class organization. The students can have different life and different developing with the help different ideas of how to build a class. As a kind of learning organizations, the activities of it are sometimes run in the opposite direction of the original meaning of learning. The initiator of learning organizations, Peter M. Senge, said, in many terms, everybody has 120 IQ, but 62 as a whole. There are many students who have a not low IQ in many classes, but the IQ of the whole class seems low. This kind of learning will stifle the latent energy of people not developing. In this situation, I make a research of this area.The research target of this article is a class from Junior Nine. The research method is narrative inquiry. I describe the different tries of building a class with vision in detailed and vividly. The article focuses in building vision of the class, discussing about the process of building the learning community in the class. The final purpose is discussing the advantages of building a class with vision. In order to make the class as the learning community, people must know the basic idea: Class is set for learning. In this learning community, everybody can get something from it, but they must do something to it. They must be care for others. I have been a teacher for five years. Except teaching, what I do has a close relationship to the work of the teacher in charge of a class, although I was only in charge of a class for a term. That is moral education. I am the secretary of Communist Youth League in the school. I am very concerned about students, the good classes, bad classes especially the classes which have changed a lot. That is Class Two Grade 2003. I know the whole process of building a learning community in this class. Although the topic of a class is study, but not all the classes can be learning communities. With the help of teacher in charge of this class, they began to have their vision, they made rules for the class, and they talked to each other a lot. This teacher always praises her students. She is care for loving education. She tried a lot to build a learning community with vision. So, this class has made much progress. I have been care for this class for a long time, and then I found the value of building a class with vision. What I do is to show their building process truly and to show my view as an onlooker.This article is about the experience research. In the process of researching building a learning community with vision, I mainly use the narrative inquiry. I describe the process of trying to build a learning community in this area. In the way, we can see that the method of building a learning community with vision is workable.The key of building a learning community is having vision. We can make a common wish according to the whole situation of a class and the situations of every student. Then, we can make our vision better and better in the daily life in school. Finally, we can have the best vision and that is the spirit of a class. In other words, the process of having vision is the process of building a learning community.
