Nowadays, the self-regulated learning has already become the current focus for the research and the essential axes of the updated curriculum innovation, which can promote an overall development of the students and get the students into a good habit and improve the ability of the life-long learning.The essay discussed how to promote the SRL by experiment , document analysis method and narrative inquiry. It is believed that creation a SRL class atmosphere and strategy instruction is an effective way to promote children's self-regulation, and concludes some rules which help the students study regulatedly. In this article, each strategy is illustrated with cases so that it can be applied by teachers and readers. It is found during the research that teachers need life-long learning as well as the students,so I focus on how teachers can become engaged in SRL and ,correspondingly, what they can do to promote children's self-regulation, based on case research some factors which influence the SRL of the teacher are concluded .the reflective practice based on Blog is an effective method to enhance the teachers' self-regulation in the information society.
