Teachers are the foundation of teaching and the source of education.The professional development of teachers and the construction of teachers have always been a hot topic in the field of education.The concepts and practical forms advocated by the learning community open up new ideas and provide practical guidance for the professional development of teachers.Relevant research on the role of the learning community in promoting the professional development of teachers is gradually deepening.The master studio,which originated at the grassroots level,is a localized exploration of realizing the sharing of quality education resources and promoting the balanced development of basic education.It combines with the teacher’s professional growth strategy and the top-level design of the teacher team building to bring new life to education reform.The Master Studio not only opens up a new and broad world for the development of the teachers themselves,but also builds an interactive learning platform for the professional growth of other young teachers.The teacher studio is essentially a teacher learning community.Master studio has distinct practical characteristics.Therefore,the research on the theme of the teacher studio should be a two-way innovation process of theory and practice.This study uses the method of narrative research,starting the empirical research from the bottom up collecting information,and actively engaged in dialogue with the literature,which finally clarified the research questions.After reviewing a large number of relevant literature on the learning community and the master studio,the researcher found that In recent years,the number of articles that have been analyzed by the master studios from the perspective of the learning community has gradually increased.This indicates that the thinking and practice of the master studio as a practical mode of the learning community has drawn people’s attention.According to the multi-disciplinary,multi-level and high-practice characteristics of the master studio,the case study is more conducive to the research.At the same time,the contrast between the importance of physical education and the little attention received by the physical master studio is thought-provoking.This has also become an important motivation for the researcher to study the growth of the physical master studio.Based on this,this study adoptsthe method of "destination sampling" conducting narrative research on the only primary school sports provincial-level master studio in H province,to return educational research to educational life itself,and to obtain the maximum amount of information for research problems.Get information through non-participatory observations,in-depth interviews,and data collection method.With a deep perspective of the typical case of the master’s studio from the four core dimensions of the community of learning community with “shared vision”,“common leadership”,“supportive conditions”,“collaborative learning and de-individualized practice”,the researcher told a series of educational studio growth stories.In the interview,the researcher tried her best to urge the research subjects to carefully review the growth process of the studio,and to track and explore the current training activities.Adhering to the principle of “value neutrality”,the real scene or atmosphere is presented,so that the “things” described are as original as possible,providing sufficient space for readers to make multiple and open explanations.The research shows that the series of training activities carried out by the U-S cooperative learning community is fruitful,which reflects the higher level of implementation of the GJX Master Studio in the four core points of the “Learning Community”.GJX Master Studio has fully played the role of “community and radiation field” in the region,and has led the innovation of the operation mode of the master studios across the region,joint school teaching and research,and U-S cooperation.From the story of the growth of the case,the researchers have come to the following revelation: U-S cooperation is the direction of the future development of the master studio.The development of the teacher studio benefits from the construction of the learning community.The professional development of the studio member depends on the help of the school.The efficient development of the teacher studio relies on the multi-faceted support of the educational administration.The key to the growth of the teacher studio is to stimulate the internal vitality of the teacher studio.Finally,the researcher further explored the reasons for the problems that emerged in the story of the teacher’s studio,and put forward targeted suggestions.The study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,thepurpose and significance of the research.Through the review of relevant researches at home and abroad,such as learning community,U-S cooperation,and master studios,the definition of core concepts such as learning community,master studio,U-S cooperation,and educational narrative research,The core connotation of this research is clarified,the foothold of this research is found out,and the theoretical support of this research is analyzed.The second part is an overview of research design,identifying research questions,introducing research ideas and research methods,selecting research objects,and researching innovations,limitations,and research ethics.The third part is an overview of the growth process of the research object.In this part,with the germination of the U-S partnership and the establishment of two time periods as the clues,the educational narrative method is used to track the growth footprint of the research object and show the growth profile.The fourth part is the focus of this study.In the four-factor framework of the learning community,the educational events related to the growth of the master studio are organized into a series of educational stories with educational significance.The fifth part is the discussion section.The researcher expounded the revelation from the story of the growth of the master studio.In response to some of the problems that emerged from the research,combined with the professional demands of the members of the studio,the researcher focused on increasing external support and inspiring the internal vitality of the studio.Several suggestions are made at each level.The purpose of this study is to explore the development path of the future master studio.It is intended to explore new mechanisms and mechanisms for teachers to help the participants grow together.In this case,the collaborative operation mode of the master studio research community based on U-S cooperation can provide reference for the construction of other master studios.This is the significance and value of this research.
