The west proverb says: As is the principal, so is the school. With the development of education reform in our country, today, the evaluation of principles is a key point in the reform of principles' management system, which should be and must be studied . In accordance with the current situation and problems within principle evaluation in our country, this essay try to put forward some valuable references on how to build scientific evaluation system of principle achievement through the discussion of the concept of principle achievement and the factors impacting on the evaluation.The introduction main comprise the reasons of selecting the topic, the purpose, significance and the main methodology of this thesis.The first part illustrates the basic concept concerned this thesis, the summary of documents, and explores the current situation of principle evaluation theory development and the practice.The second part is a case study. Through interview and investigation, this part presents the specific situation of primary and elementary schools principals' evaluation in our country.The third part summarizes the questions and shortcomings existing in the primary and elementary schools principal's evaluation and the factors impacting on the principle achievement in our country according to the documents analysis and the result of interview.The fourth part analyses the present situation of principal evaluation in some developed country and areas.The fifth part mainly elaborated several thinking about how to construct principles professional achi-evements evaluation systemof primary and secorrdary school. This thesis holds that discuss the principles professional achievements evaluation system form the following respects ,such as, the subject, the content, the foundation, the idea, the concept and the methods, etc, will be helpful to construct and adapt the principleS professional achievements evaluation system of primary and secondary school to the state of our country.
