The Principal Leading Strategy Research Of Teacher's Professional Development

Since the 1980s,the issue of teacher’s professional development has beenconcerned in educational field. In the 30 years of theoretical study and practice,people know more and more about the connotation and the laws of and alsoaccumulated a wealth of experience in promoting the teacher’s professional.In thebackground of Quality Education and new curriculum reform, the quality of teachersis a key to the success of education reform. School is a main position for teacher’sdevelopment and people all believe that promoting the teacher’s professionaldevelopment is the the focus of school management，so School should create a goodenvironment for teachers to improve their professional standards .As the highestexecutive leadership of school, Principal plays an important role in promoting theteacher’s professional development. From view of principal, structuring the strategiesof promoting teacher’s professional development is of great significance. In the management of teachers,people paid attention to the work,then to thepeople ,and then to the development of teachers. the development of teachers should be attached importance to in the work of the principals.
