In recent years,with the development of preschool education,kindergarten principals,as the core of kindergarten development support,have also received more attention.The professional development of kindergarten principals is very important for the development of kindergartens,children and preschool education.In the past two years,the principal’s studio has begun to emerge,providing a new form for promoting the professional development of the director,and diversifying the ways and forms of the professional development of the director.At present,as a new thing,the development of the principal’s studio is not mature.The research on the principal’s studio is relatively few and scattered,and there is a lack of systematic research on the principal’s studio.This study is a narrative study of Z principal’s studio.Z principal’s studio was established in the form of non-governmental organizations.It lasted two years,and its construction was fruitful.After being deeply immersed in the process of organizational development of the principal’s studio,this paper compares the learning community formed by the members of the studio to "fire",the studio members of professional growth to "stars",takes the order of things development as the narrative logic,and takes "gathering is a mass of fire,scattering is the overwhelming star" as the clue to study the establishment and development of the principal’s studio.This paper mainly collects data through interviews,observation and physical collection methods to explore the initial establishment of Z principal’s studio,the development of Z principal’s studio,the impact of Z principal’s studio and the development prospects of Z principal’s studio.Specifically?Firstly,this paper consults relevant literature before entering the research site,identifies the research questions,research purposes and significance,research design and so on.Secondly,the author participated in six activities of Z principal’s studio,interviewed 11 members of Z principal’s work and presenters,and collected some texts to study Z principal’s studio.The author presents the research results in a narrative way.From the perspective of "time","geographical advantage" and "people",the author elaborates the unique conditions for the establishment of Z principal’s studio,i.e.the background for the initial establishment of Z principal’s studio.The author elaborates the "high flame of gathering firewood by all",i.e.the initial state of Z principal’s studio,from the personnels composition and responsibilities,vision and objectives,the relationship between members and the results of joint efforts.The author describes the development of director Z’s studio from three aspects: preparation for activities without great details,rich and varied activities,effective activities propaganda and summary.The influence of Z principal’s studio on the professional development of each member’s headmasters mainly includes: obtaining spiritual food;planning kindergarten development;creating nurturing culture;leading nurturing education;leading teachers’ growth;optimizing internal management;debugging external environment in seven aspects.Finally,this paper prospects the development of Z principal’s studio.The author believes that Z principal’s studio will promote the professional development of member headmasters,lead the professional development of headmasters of kindergartens in Hebei Province,promote the development of preschool education,and ultimately promote the development of children.
