Professionalization of principals is a new requirement for the profession of principals,in order to adapt to social changes and meet the people’s increasing demand for education.The emergence of the famous principals’ studio oriented to the promotion of “principal professional development” is another new initiative for the balanced development of educational resources in China.The Principal’s Studio is a new professional development path for principals,led by famous principals and the principals participate together.This thesis takes the famous principal’s studio as the research object,the author enters the research object and uses research methods to study the problems in reality.Firstly,the author conducts a theoretical analysis from four aspects,answering questions such as why this topic was selected and the significance of this thesis,explaining the theoretical and practical significance of this research,which is the logical starting point of this article.Secondly,the realistic motivation and value of the "Famous Principal’s Studio".Exploring the meaning and value of the "Famous Principal’s studio",mainly to explore the relationship between the two and the rationality of existence,and use it as a theoretical foundation for subsequent discussions.Thirdly,the author examines the research objects.The development history and basic situation of the research object are summarized.The author used SPSS 22.0 to perform multi-dimensional descriptive statistics and single-factor analysis of variance.On the basis of interviews and data analysis,the author found that "Famous Principal’s Studio" promotes the professional development of principals,but there are still some problems,including: the operating mechanism of the studio needs to be improved,and the expected effect of training activities needs to be improved and so on.Finally,the author looks for the cause of the problem and gives suggestions.Through research and data analysis,there are three problems:policy and system,internal construction,and the principal’s own professional development are analyzed.Combining with the theoretical basis of this research,the author tries to put forward three effective suggestions to solve the problem from the above three aspects.first,the overall improvement of the external environment.Second,the improvement of internal operations.Third,find a new way for the principal’s self-professional development.
