Entrepreneurship Education is a completely new field in both practice and theory. The development of Entrepreneurship Education in higher education institutions is of great significance to the advancement of higher education popularization, reform of its talent-cultivation model and improvement of national economy in today's knowledge-based society. With the constant expansion of higher education these years, the serious unemployment among undergraduates not only posed great challenges to higher education institutions, but also had Entrepreneurship Education in the field of higher education draw more and more attention in the whole society. Compared with many theses in the past. dealing with the significance and necessity of Entrepreneurship Education on the surface, this paper tries to go deeper and innovatively employ empirical method from another angle of its demand so as to analyze undergraduates' entrepreneurial qualities and their specific demand for Entrepreneurship Education in Guangzhou higher education institutions at present.This paper combines literature review with questionnaire inquisition to carry out a research with the help of a model of entrepreneurial qualities of undergraduates in Guangzhou higher education institutions. Results of the research show entrepreneurial qualities of undergraduates in Guangzhou higher education institutions are far from satisfactory, while further analysis indicating that although they are of comparatively higher degree of entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial interests, there is a great demand for Entrepreneurship Education in almost every respect. Moreover, specific demand varies from sexes, majors and grades among undergraduates in higher education institutions. At the end of this paper, several suggestions are put forward to promote the implementation of Entrepreneurship Education in Guangzhou higher education institutions and to cultivate undergraduates of entrepreneurial quality and ability.
