Under the guidance of the concept of scientific development, people from all walks of society focus their attention on the issue of"agriculture, rural areas and farmers". The key solution to it lies in the educational development and rejuvenation of rural areas, which largely depends on the quality and performance of the teachers there. Therefore, a study on involvement of the teachers in rural areas in the decision-making ,which is related with the improvement of the teachers'passion of working——is obviously significant.Based on the investigation on the primary schools and middle schools in Jing County, Anhui Province——a poverty county of state level, this paper describes and analyses the current situation of the involvement of teachers in rural areas in the decision-making. Then it comes to a conclusion that those teachers are less active in involving in the decision-making and the whole situation is less optimistic. Combined with the interview outcome, the paper discusses the reasons for the problems above from the aspects of schools'severe shortage of budgets, lack of inter system to motivate teachers'passion, low level of headmasters'sense of democratism, teachers'lack of awareness of involving in the decision-making, etc. Finally, the article puts forwards with some advice and strategies according to the reasons above.
