Objective: Training has important effect on somatic function by the changes of blood, internal secretion and immune system, in which immune indexes emerged early and were paid more attention to. Our research mainly tested these indexes, such as CD, IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-γ,to estimate HiHiLo and normal training and to discuss the possibility of these indexes to diagnosis the change of immune function as early as possible. Part I:Methods: Eighteen young men were divided into two groups: HiHiLo group (n=8) trained at sea level and lived for 4 weeks (10h /d, 7d /wk) in norm baric hypoxic rooms with O2 14.4% (simulating at altitude of 3000m), while control (Con) group (n=10) trained and lived at sea level. Additionally HiHiLo group exercised on the cycle ergometer at 72% O2max intensity respectively in hypoxic rooms with O2 15.3%(30 min/time, 2 times/week). We examined many indexes of HiHiLo group, including many normal physical indexes, immune indexes and cytokines at before exposure, after ten hours and ten hours and every week, while the same indexes were measured in Con group just at the begging and end of trial .Conclusion: 1. Common physical indexes and most immune indexes could not change obviously in HiHiLo group .2.The gene expression of some cytokines, such as IL-4,IFN-γ, changed significantly in HiHiLo group.Part II:Methods: Eight young soccer players trained and lived at sea level for 4 weeks. Additionally they exercised on the cycle ergometer at 80% O2max intensity respectively at sea level (30 min/time, 2 times/week). The test times were at the beginning, middle and end. And the measured indexes were the same as part I. Control group was the same as part I.Conclusion: 1. Normal physical indexes and most immune indexes could not change obviously in normal oxygen group.2. .The gene expression ofCD16/56+,HLA-DR+ and some cytokines, such as IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ, changed significatively.
