New Campus Construction Investment Control

With the increasing recruit students and the enlarging higher education scale, higher schools begin to build new campus one after another because of the constraint of the original site. In this situation the higher school have to strengthen the invest control to lay a solid foundation for the continuous development. This paper studied this thesis and proposed some new opinions on the investment control. And according to the experience in the Sichuan training university the author set forth the three important aspects such as the investment control in the designing phase, the tendering and bidding phase, and the construction phase and so on. Finally some useful conclusions on the investment control for the new campus of the higher schools were put forward aiming at the new mode of the higher education and the actual operation of the construction project.
