| In order to adapt to China's higher education from elite education to popular education,meet the people's increasing demand for education consumption and alleviate the bottleneck the shortage of educational resources,colleges and universities have taken huge amounts of money to build a new campus to increase educational resources,expand the space of education development.Many colleges and universities in the construction process of a variety of potential risks,the lack of adequate understanding,so that a huge charge,and even bankruptcy crisis.For risk evaluation of engineering project,currently has a certain achievement,but many types of project construction in higher vocational colleges,the non-profit public institutions risk management theory research,the lack of perfect evaluation index system,risk evaluation methods often lack of systematic.It is very important to establish a new index system for the construction of the new campus,and to use the more reasonable method to evaluate it.In this paper,based on the theory of risk assessment,this paper identifies and analyzes the risk of the construction of the new campus of Career Technical College M,and finds out the main risk factors.In a summary based on the present research,set up a more reasonable index system and evaluation method of using expert scoring,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on M,Career Technical College new campus construction risk evaluation.The weight of the index is more objective,and the dimension of fuzzy index is unified by membership degree.M concluded that the construction of the new campus of Career Technical College as a good risk assessment conclusion,combining the evaluation process and results of the M construction of the new campus of Career Technical College proposed targeted measures.The results of this study also provide reference for the same project construction risk management in Colleges and universities,especially in higher vocational colleges. |
