98 To 2004 Graduates Of The Beijing Sports University Of Traditional National Sports Flow Of Status And Influencing Factors,

through researching the Beijing Sports University mainly, and comparing with the average level of Chengdu,Wuhan,Shanghai,Tianjin and Shenyang Institute of Physical Education by using the appointment with expert,questionnaire,stat, and researching literature, this paper gets the results after analysis the data of 1998-2004 national and traditional physical education course: from the view of the 6 university and institutes, the rate of employment is lower than the national average,and the wishes of employment bend to the realism and the trend for employment is poor;but the instance of the National and Traditional Physical Education School of Beijing Sports University is obviously against that. Focusing those questions, author give graduates some advices and some opinions for further innovations.
