A Study On The Employment Intention Of Academic Postgraduates Of Physical Education In Henan Province

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system,China's education system has shifted from the mode of planned economic system to the mode of socialist market economic system.With the reform and development of the whole social economy and culture,the state put forward the goal of "popularization of higher education" in time.China's colleges and universities began to expand the scale of enrollment since 1999.Therefore,the annual number of graduates continue to hit a new high.According to the Ministry of Education,"National Education Development Bulletin" data show that: the total number of postgraduate enrollment in China increased year by year which led to the reform in higher education employment system.The system has been changed from distribution into self-seek which names “Mutual election and Independent choice”.College graduates' dispatch cards have been changed into report cards since 2000,which means the graduates touch the market directly.The reform of the employment system,on the one hand create a relaxing employment environment to the graduates and on the other hand also increased the employment competitiveness and difficulty of graduates.The rapid development of social economy and the higher requirements of talent,will inevitably increase the difficulty and pressure of employment graduates.The cultivation of postgraduates in physical education is an important way to cultivate high-level and high-quality specialized talents in our country,and it is also an important way to enhance the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.With the increasing number of postgraduates in physical education,due to the professional orientation of sports graduate students,the limitations of employment and so on,some difficulties appear during the employment process for postgraduates.So the study of employment related to postgraduates in physical education should be strengthened.And the employment intention plays an important role during the employment process among postgraduates.Therefore,the employment intention of the postgraduates in physical education major has become an unavoidable problem,which has also become a research topic in academia.On the basis of drawing on the achievements of other disciplines,this topic is based on the employment intention of postgraduates of physical education in Henan province,and uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method on the study of current situation of graduates' employment intention in Henan province.This paper analyzes the status of employment intention of postgraduates in physical education in Henan province,reveals the types of employment intention of postgraduates in Henan province,and discusses the factors influencing the employment intention of postgraduates of physical education in Henan province.Draw the following conclusions:1.Sports professional academic graduate students are mainly distributed in the physical education and training professional in Henan province,instead,the number of postgraduates in sports humanities sociology,sports human science and traditional national sports is relatively small.The students' source is mainly from Henan province,and that in other provinces are less.2.Sports professional academic graduate students in Henan Province have a higher level of foreign language,but the computer and other qualification certificates received less which need to be strengthened.3.Sports professional academic graduate students in Henan Province have a clearer understanding on the current employment policy and a clear understanding about themselves.Therefore,their employment plans are clear and reasonable.4.Most of sports professional academic graduate students in Henan Province expect to work in Henan Province.as for the city level,the city grade three or four lines are welcomed mostly.In addition,the number of postgraduates who want to work at the grassroots is small.The intention of remuneration is mainly focused on 3001-4000 yuan.The expectation field of the employment is mainly concentrated in the majority of educational institutions and administrative organs.The number to work in the enterprise or the grassroots is less.5.The influencing factors of employment intention on postgraduates majoring in physical education in Henan province:Related factors are the parents,lovers or mentors;the larger part in their own factors includes their own professional knowledge,the relevant qualification certificates;as for the school's influence,it has a certain employment impact on the academic graduate students.Parents have a greater impact on the selection of working areas.Students' professional knowledge and related qualifications and the level of professional skills have a greater impact on the choice of job field and the character of their work,and the influence of school has a greater impact on their career choice.Recommendations are as follows:1.According to the needs of the development of sports in Henan Province,increase the number of students in sports humanities and sociology,sports human science,national traditional sports and research direction appropriately.Expand the enrollment area,especially the economically developed areas and the western region.2.In accordance with the needs of social development and the development of sports,some courses should be added to further improve the comprehensive ability of academic graduate students.3.To further strengthen the academic graduate education guide,graduate employment guidance lectures or courses should be held appropriately.A professional recruitment fair held by school and faculty can broaden the employment channel for students.4.Training departments should further strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation and train students' practice and practical ability.
