With the information technology development, the information technology has been applied increasingly in education realm, the educational informationization is an inevitable requisition of the social development. The educational informationization regards advanced educational thought as its instruction .It is of great significance to make better educational process, transform educational thought and ideas, and promote reform of teaching, especially further reform basic education.This thesis is divided into five parts .The first part introduces the research reason, research situation, research methods and research situation meaning, and so on.The second part mainly defines the concept of the educational informationization , and introduces its meaning, characteristic and contents . The third part analyzes the situation of educational informationization's construction at primary and middle schools in Hebei province, it involves the hardware facilities, instructional resources, the information technology application situation, teachers'training, the information technology teachers'structure and schools management, etc.The forth part argues some problems in the construction process of the educational informationization at primary and middle school according to the analysis of the situation .The problems mainly include: the education model is still traditional and reserved; The hardware facilities need to be further improved; high-quality instructional resources what are suitable for current reform in education are deficient; information technology application in instruction is not general and rational; the achievements of educational informationization have not been popularized; the teachers'information literacy need to be enhanced, the talents of information technology are not enough, there is an obvious disparity between urban and rural areas.The fifth part makes some suggestions to promote the construction process of the educational informationization at primary and middle school in Hebei province, mainly includes transferring the ideas and raising the awareness of creativity; enhancing the invest of funds to improve the hardware construction; enhancing the construction of educational resources; taking an active part in the study of integrating information technology into curriculum; strengthening the train to enhance the teachers'quality; increasing the construction of information technology subject; developing the research of the educational informationization at primary and middle school; taking measures to reduce the disparity between urban and rural areas, and so on.
