If a person has not the morality, he will not get achievements. If a country stands without morality, it will not get prosperous. The talented persons are centered in our blueprint of a century. With regard to the development of the talented persons, the education should be oriented. When the basic position of education is mentioned, the moral education must be put first. Each country, as well as all kinds of schools, place emphasis on it. The moral situations in the medium professional schools are being worried because of their specialty and the circumstances we are facing. So it is urgent to improve the effectiveness of moral education with innovation. Thereupon, the moral education in the professional schools is regarded as the research object in this essay. The innovative principles and strategies to get rid of the difficulties are found according to the ecological theory, Scientific Concept of Development and harmonious society theory.The above contents can be divided into four parts:Firstly, the definition for innovation about the moral education in the medium professional schools. Here we have medium professional education, the medium professional colleges and their characteristics, moral education, innovation, innovation in moral education and so on.Secondly, the necessity of moral innovation in the college education. On the one hand, the reason for the innovation is that the ecology problems appear. The students'status of main body is ignored. College moral education is breaking from social morality. The object of moral education separates from the reality. The contents of it are lack of vitality and occupational focalization. The methods of moral education are mechanical and single. The effectiveness is not good. On the other hand, great changes of the circumstances of the colleges we are facing have taken place. Internationally, we have economic globalization, diversified ideology and negative role of the Internet. Domestically, we have the negative influence of the market economy, repercussion of the educational and occupational reform, social unhealthy trend, bad cultural products and violation with the parents'expectation in the family education.Thirdly, theoretical basis and innovative principles for the innovation in moral education in the medium professional schools. Educational ecology, Scientific Concept of Development and harmonious society theory provide the problems of the innovation with the theoretical support. The principles of innovation in the moral education in the medium professional schools are as follows: human-based principle, practice principle, harmony principle, ecology principle, open principle and sustainable development principle.Fourthly, the basic strategy of the innovation in the moral education in the medium professional schools. We can innovate the concept of moral education by fostering the notion of large moral education, first-place moral education and the ideas of right teachers and students. We can innovate the contents of the moral education from the following five aspects: the high to the low, the outer to the inner, the traditional to the modern, the general to the special, the knowledge to the ability and quality. The ways we can use are penetration of the campus environment, in-person practice, Internet education, etc. We can conduct the management innovation from joint forces which come from the innovation of management incentive system, the leadership that organized the moral education, the good school spirit and moral education.
