All types of schools at different levels has put the moral education work in a very prominent position. Because of the crisis in the secondary vocational school and the challenge from moral environment, the present situation of moral education is particularly grim. The new situation compels us to conduct moral innovation immediately in order to improve the actual effect of moral education. Therefore, based on the socialist harmonious society theory and education ecology theory, Regarding the moral education in the secondary vocational school as the research object this thesis puts forward some innovational principles and solutions to moral dilemma in the secondary Vocational School.This paper is divided into four parts:Part I: the concepts and characteristics of moral education innovation in the secondary vocational school. This thesis mainly expounds the connotation of the moral and innovation and the definition and characteristics of moral education innovation in the secondary vocational school (the specific goal to the moral education innovation in the secondary vocational school, the effective content of the moral education innovation in the secondary vocational school, the modernized method of the moral education innovation in the secondary vocational school) etc.Part II: The practical necessity of moral education innovation in the secondary vocational school. Firstly, the subjective reasons for the dilemma in the secondary vocational school are as follows: the dislocation of moral education subject; the void of the moral education target; the backward concept of the moral education; the outdate content of moral education; the Single method of moral education; the disorder of the evaluation in the moral education; the unbalance of the moral education subject. Secondly, the objective reasons for the dilemma in the secondary vocational school are as follows: The negative influence of international environment on the moral education in the secondary vocational school; the passive influence of domestic environment on the moral education in the secondary vocational school; many problems of moral education existing in the secondary vocational school.Part III: the theoretical basis and principles of innovative moral education in the secondary vocational school. Socialist harmonious society theory and ecological theory of education provides a strong theoretical support for the innovation of moral education in the secondary vocational school. There are principles for the innovation of moral education in the secondary vocational school: humanistic principles and practical principles, harmonious principle, ecological principle, etc.Part IV: the innovation strategy of moral education in the secondary vocational school. By setting up big moral philosophy, moral education first, harmonious relation between teachers and students, student-centered concept, we conduct the innovation of moral education; Through the content of moral education from "the traditional" to "the modern", from "high" to "low" , from "outside" to "inside", from "purely learning" to "quality training", we innovate the moral education; Through the seepage type moral methods, experienced and internet moral method, we innovate the way of moral education; Through the lead, motivation, operation, evaluation and supervision of moral education, we innovate the system of moral education.
