Inland Tibetan classes and schools which have been set up for more than 30 years have achieved fruitful accomplishments.However,with the deepening of social reform,the impact of various trends of thoughts and values,and the appearance of new media technologies like network,which have brought new challenges to the inland Tibetan classes/schools on moral education.In this paper,the dynamic balance theory and coordinated development principle of ecology are applied to theorize the basic theory of moral education ecology.Through the interaction between moral education of inland Tibetan classes/schools and theirs ecological environment,and their movement rule,this paper analyzes the existing circumstances,problems and causes of the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' moral education ecology,then proposes ecological optimized path.This paper includes four sections.The foreword section includes proposition proposing,research significance,concept definition,literature review,research methods,research ideas,the theoretical perspective of research and so on,which provide a macroscopic framework for this research.Meanwhile,based on summarizing the education ecology theory and the moral education ecology theory,the inland Tibetanclasses' /schools' moral education ecosystem theory is put forward.The second section preliminarily establishes the basic theories of the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' moral education ecosystem through defining the concepts,elements and structure of moral education ecology.The third section is to select the secondary vocational inland Tibetan students in Grade one and Grade two who are preschool education major in Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities as the objects,and through the questionnaire method and interviewing method to analyze the actuality of the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' moral education ecology,then to further analyze the problems and reasons thoroughly.The fourth section puts forward several specific ecological optimization paths.Under the circumstance of moral education ecology,the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' moral education ecosystem which is constituted by individual moral construction(the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' students as the major component),group moral construction(the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' as representatives)and social morality construction(the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' teachers as the major component)is a well arranged,structure ordered and multi-dimensional ecosystem.Its construction and optimization are also a kind of process like a special ecosystem's formation,motion,harmonizing and evolution.However,as the moral education ecosystem is still at the immature stage,and the ecological environment of the inland Tibetanclasses/schools is complex diverse,the moral education ecology is lack of overall harmonization and effective equilibration,furthermore,there are problems such as the incongruity between factors of moral education and moral education environment,dislocation in structure of moral education technique,dislocation in relation structure of moral education factors,and absence of balance between moral education requirements and its implementation level.Therefore,by establishing the idea of moral education ecology,optimizing moral education environment and adjusting moral education structure,innovating ecological moral education technique and so forth,the research finally realizes the inland Tibetan classes' /schools' cultural adaptation ability of moral education ecology.
