Since China has progressed the Chinese reformand experiment steadily,the theoretical discussion and practical study about the teaching reform of Chinese reading are carried out proseperously.Under the condition that the Chinese standard at high school is being promoted gradually,the reading education of High School Chinese is paying more and more attention to the independence and cooperation during the leareing course.And the personal development and lifelong learning of the students must be taken seriously.The purpose of the new standard is to train the students and let them form systematical learning strategy and turn them into tactful learnes.In the current study reading, the important role of the metacognition has been confirmed in the process of the reading comprehension and a lot of study reading and generally recognized by the reading theorist. Metacognition direct impacts on the level of reading comprehension level.Many readers abroad have carried out studies in reading metacognitive strategy training, which has effectively improved the reading ability of students.According to the characteristics of Chinese teaching,it is believed that there are four metacognition strategies.First of all,planned monitoring.It includes carrying out learning targets,taking a glance at learning course and so on.As a matter of fact ,it is the mapout of the ahole learning procedure.These arranged plans can be used to monitor the learners'learning course and contrast the initial plans and final course so as to discover questions and ajust them in time.Secondly monitor understanding.It means the learners have clear learning target.And the target is used as aguidance to monitor the course,includinglook for important details and judging key points.Thirdly strategy management.It mainly means that learners monitor the situation where learners learn something as bravely as possible.What's more,it also guarantees the effective use in the learning course.Fourthly attention management.In the learning course ,the learners self-govem and ajust their own attentions or behaviours.It can adjust the effects of the non-intelligence factors on learning,making them have an active effect on learning activeties.The essay explores how to carry out metacognition strategy and form the students'abilities of metacognition.On one hand,the training of metacognition strategy emphasies the ptincipal position of the students.And the importance of cooperation and analysis are concentrated on to awake and motivate the initiative,consciousness and independence of the students'reading ability. On the other hand, it is concerned about the learning course and gets rid of the disadvantages of the previous teaching practive which is mainly on the result not the course.So it creates a satisfactory atmosphere so as to realize the experiencing and developing about the metacognition.
